Certainly! Our agency offers a complimentary consultation before commencing services. To begin, we will have a phone conversation to better understand your requirements. Follow that, we will arrange a convenient time for our RN care coordinator to visit your preferred location, your home, assisted living facility etc. During this visit, our coordinator will conduct a comprehensive assessment, taking into account your physical and health needs, as well as clinical history and environmental factors.

Is there a minimum number of hours per shift mandated by your agency? 

Yes, Royal Faith Homecare Agency does have a minimum requirement of 4 hours per day 2 days per week.  However, the agency is flexible with its service agreements and strives to accommodate the unique needs of each client on an individual basis.
